  2. Once you have published the template on your social media channel, if you still wish to proceed with a refund, we will gladly consider your request.

If a customer purchases multiple products in a single order and immediately requests a refund, this behavior stands out as unusual compared to our general customer base, and we may suspect potential misuse of our goodwill. In such cases, we will review the customer's download log information to make informed refund decisions.
